clocktoys on Cant reset my password

I've got into a mess resetting my account password. The p/w keychain feature in iCloud and OSX generated a random password which I agreed to then there was a problem with the p/w reset on toontracks. I ended up changing to another keychain generated p/w but toontracks had retained the previous one. I have no idea what it was and so now I can't reset the p/w. this all happened in a moment of tiredness. how can I sort this mess out? i feel i need to contact support but there doesn't seem to be any link. HELP!
