I had exactly the same problem as you when I purchased the bundle at the end of June!
In the end I got it working by going to File - Open Download Folder in Toontrack Product Manager.
Then I manually ran the installers for the products that were not installed e.g. EZkeys Upright Piano 64-bit.msi from within the relevant folders.
After restarting the Product Manager it now shows all items correctly installed and they work fine (64 and 32 bit versions).
