Okay, not one response from the Toontrack Dev team, who apparently don't seem to care at all. Off to download the Addictive Drums demo which includes a full midi mapping function for only $169. I can't believe any company would put out a midi product without full midi mapping capabilities. While the samples sound good, I feel I wasted my $$$ on EXD2, since it is useless with my Yamaha E-Drum kit.
