John or Support, could you please advise me as to what I have to do from this point? (see picture-I've also attached a pic of the successful product download 32-bit)
All I got in the box was a fold out card with a serial number and instructions to download product manager and then ez drummer2. I've followed this twice now and EZ Drummer does nothing when I click on the desktop icon or click the app itself.
Shouldn't it be loading straight up now? What else do I have to do? (My PC is Windows 7, has plenty of spare gb to load this and is a 32 bit processor)
