It includes more than 3 beats.
It contains 3 tempos; ballad, midtempo, and uptempo. Each of categories contain songs and song structures in various time signatures that contain many MIDI grooves.

In the future, I suggest you use the 'Show Webshop MIDI' function in the Search Tab and preview any or all MIDI packs before purchasing.
