benengr on Received Wrong Product

I purchased an EZX through Musician's Friend and when I registered the product it was the wrong EZX. After contacting Musician's Friend they said that there was nothing that they can do and I need to contact Toontrack support. A day later without a response from Toontrack I'm wondering how I can get this issue resolved? Any ideas?
