John on Request: Positional Sensing on Ride & Toms for SD2 and V-Drums

It's probably not so much about adding the positional sensing feature to the Toms and Rides - the Libraries released up to now are not recorded that way but instead use the separate notes sent as standard.
The Snare has Center and Edge recorded for all libraries, since positional sensing on the Snare has been standard for a long time.
