I'm having the same problem but with the Nolly presets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled BOTH superior drummer AND Metal machine And still nothing shows for my presets. And yes i know how to find them. And everything is up to date for Superior 2. All my files are in the right spot and i have read every forum and support ticket i could find. and nothing works. I emailed you guys 10 times with no response. And tried sending a support ticket myself but your website displays an error everytime i try to submit. I legit paid TWO times for the nolly pack thinking it was a bad code or something. and it did the same damn thing. So now i waster double the money i should have.
According to your account you haven't purchased the Metal Machine EZX. You have the Metal Machinery SDX. That's a totally different product.
The Nolly Metal Machine Preset pack requires the Metal Machine EZX and S2.
