I see there is a time signature button in the toolbar at the bottom of the timeline. There are common and odd time signatures "available" to select but they seem to have no purpose (although I realize their purpose now). I realize I can change from 2/4, 4/4, 3/4, 6/8 in the tempo toolbar on top but none of the odd signatures like 5/4, 7/4, 9/8,11/8, 12/8 for example are available. It would be nice to be able to simply click on a time sig that are there at the bottom to be available for changing from the top menu. Maybe in the future? Granted, 7/4, 5/4, 11/8, etc are not used commonly but it would be a nice feature.
BTW: This EZD2 is amazing overall. As a recording guitarists, I can not say enough good things about this program. The workflow is amazingly fluid. The fact that there is an almost flat learning curve even with the so many features it has makes it that much better. Love it.
