Hi John - I did that and it shows it installed and ready to use. So after that I opened the Prod Man as I typically would as a "standard user" and it shows it downloaded but not installed. Just FYI, the Avatar Lib and Toontrack Solo that came with Sup2 did install normally. Thanks for helping. Doug
