I have de-authorized everything but need all slots cleared. Please remove all my authorizations and free up all the sluts . Need to re-authorize. Thanks for letting me buy you software.
I have used the "contact support" form too...three times. All i get is an automated replay telling me to, guess what...to go to the support page,,.
where i could use the "contact support" form. One more time.
Ironically it is us, who have payed for this software that have to go thru this bs. Not nice at all.
Some years ago the authorization and de-authorization process were much better. I didn't have to inform Toontrack about my name, OS, and check this out-a reason why i want the slots cleared! And and top of everything there is a "Math Required" box under this text field, where i can answer that 5+9=14 or i can not submit this request!?
I keep my fingers crossed that you will help me now
