I've been a Toontrack customer since they began so I have a lot of your products.
With the way your site is set up....as elegant as it is.....it's quite difficult for me to see what items I have NOT bought yet.
This is especially true for all the midi packs.......for example, are there some files included in the Songwriter packs that I might accidentally buy in a stand alone pack or am I buying a midi pack that was already included in the EZ drum pack etc.
I remember once almost buying a midi pack and then discovering that it was included in the actual EZ drum pack when I bought it. (ok....seems like a dumb thing to do.....but when you are delivering many tracks in different styles it's easy to make a spur of the moment mistake and hit the "buy" button)
Anyway, with so many products it's getting confusing.
I am also an XLN Addictive user and find it very easy to see what products I have not bought because their website actually "dims" or differently displays the items that I do already own.
Easy!!
So I was wondering if Toontrack will ever do that with the "Product Manager" or perhaps update the site to "gray out" the items I have already purchased?
I'm sure there are a bunch of midi packs I have not bought yet and it would take me an hour or so to sift through what I already have to verify that
Same with the EZ Packs.
