Scott E on PAID FOR ITEMS AND THEY'RE NOT VIEWABLE OR DOWNLOADABLE IN "MY PRODUCTS". HELP!!

Did you receive SERIAL NUMBERS in any of the order confirmations that you received?
If so, try registering them through "My Products".

OR...download & install Toontrack Product Manager.
Assuming that you purchased items through the Toontrack Webstore,
they are probably already registered there.
