Vinni D on Importing 3rd Party Samples?

I was sold SD3 under the premis that you can import Heavyocity "Damage" samples into SD3. I have yet to figure this out on how to? Does anyone have info on how to do this. I've even attempted to try to import BFD Echo samples which don't seem to transfer as well. Upon directing to either folders, SD3 states "No Samples Found". really wierd. Thanks
