Hi there Olliepudge, I'm running into the exact same problem with a focusrite Scarlett Solo that I just got set up. I installed the ASIO driver and SD3 actually seemed to be working really well. Then all of a sudden the samples all sounded distorted. So I tried to select the ASIO settings in SD3 to increase the buffer size, and everytime I click it it immediately crashes. This is the only Toontrack product I own, so unfortunately your work around won't work for me. However, I might be able to change it in Reaper with the SD3 plugin turned on and maybe that will cause it to carry over?
