SteveE9C6 on Toontrack... Something very wrong at your server.

So, I went to put my new build PC in service two days ago. I own SD2, Keys, multiple exansion packs..... The first problem was the server did not recognize my password. It was correct. No, it made me set up a new one. However, now.... NOTHING is in my account. ZILCH. I sent a message yesterday but no response. So they don't respond here or offer support here. I have documented proof of each purchase. But it looks like my transfer of all of my projects is dead for several days.
I had no issues with any other of the programs I transferred... XLT AD, SSD4, Ozone, etc..... just this one. Merry Christmas.
