cali316 on SD3 Bob Rock Rock Kit 1 rack tom

Hey all (hope this is the correct place to post this).
Has anyone noticed a huge ringing, almost unpleasant sound coming from the 9x10" Yamaha Beech Custom from Bob Rocks Rock Kit 1? Not sure if that's supposed to be the 'regular' sound of that particular tom, but compared to the rest of the Yamaha Beech Custom toms this one is horrid. I've turned off all the EQ, compression, even tried tuning and it's still pretty unusable. It almost seems like the tuning is off compared to the rest of the toms.
Just wondering if I'm missing something or is that how it's supposed to sound(?). It's a massive bump at around 140Hz. If there's any kind of tom fill in the track, it really stands out compared to the rest.
