Waterbrother on Superior 3 3.1.0 Loop / grid sync/movement bug

When trying to move a loop in either the song creator or normal track grid, something has gone bad in my set up. The loops will not drag to the exact start of bars, or exact beat increments, but instead ends up dragging to a 16th or so earlier than the down beats. Sometimes I can drag a loop onto an exact bar as a 1st maneuver, such as bar 3, beat 1, but when moving that loop around thereafter, the loop doesn't lock to the grid right. For ex- in dragging from bar 3 to bar 2, and it will refuse to go to bar 2 on the downbeat, but instead, go a bit earlier and be out of sync. It does not matter what the grid resolution is. I can go as zoomed as a 16th and it still refuse to drag to beat 1. Other loops won't even drag to a starting beat in a bar. These are simple loops that start on beat 1 of bars. It was working in Digital Performer well and then seemed to stop working, Running Sup 3 stand alone fixes the problem. But it was weird that it was working fine and then stopped working right. I have re started the computer, and also made a brand, new DP file with nothing in it but Sup 3. I have re started the comp too. Not sure whats going on. Another aspect is that a loop will drag to an exact downbeat on various bars, and not on others. For ex, it may drag to bars 3 5 9 11 properly, and not to the other bars 4 6 7 8 etc....
