CRAIG on help!!!

I downloaded the free version from your site, EZdrummer 2. and the installer program. it's all installed as per the instructions….I think. now when trying to run it it's asking for an authorization code. when I follow the instructions all I can find is a place to register and it want's a serial number. I understood this is where I got the serial/authorization number/code. when logged in the site says nothing has been installed but it's all there, in my computer. just an explanation would be great.
