Your FAQ page offers this quote
"Please search for your question, the contact support button can be found at the bottom of each FAQ answer. Toontrack support will reply to your message within 24 business hours". ----not on my browser.
Why do you make it so difficult for me to get in contact with you guys? Really frustrating. I will stick with Addictive Drums and unsubscribe to your e-mailings unless you want to get me your contact info. If I hear from you I will engage. I am/was interested in SD2. I want to ask if upgrade pricing exists. Wow 20 minutes already on this.
Perhaps you might consider putting your phone number on e mailings. Here's an example from Cakewalk.
"Please do not reply to this email. Messages received through this address are not processed. If you need additional assistance with product registration please contact our customer service team at 1-888-CAKEWALK or http://www.cakewalk.com/Suppor.....t/csr.aspx "
