Atztimpourdakas on Superior Drummer Mono Outputs Cubase 7

Hi,
My problem is that I want both stereo and mono outputs from SD to Cubase.
For example I want a mono channel for my kick and a stereo channel for my Overheads.
But SD gives to Cubase only Stero Channels(1/2 stereo, 3/4 stereo etc...)
Is there any way to do this?
