Trogsy on Download issues

I have tried to download EZ drummer 2 into an iMac four or five times over the last two weeks without success. The download appears to stall and I don't know why? I have plenty of data etc
Safari may be the problem but I tried a download manager (Folx) but that didn't help either.
Any ideas please? Product support don't seem to have any clues.....
