It contains both 32-bit and 64-bit updates.. Since we don't support newer than Windows 8 (like Windows 10) it doesn't make sense to say '...and newer' anymore. The 1.4.0 update for XP to Windows 8 is what you are looking for.
The cocktail ezx and the dfh ezx are just libraries and are not 32-bit or 64-bit. If you want '64-bit', you should just be able to install the 1.4.0 64-bit update.
