Received this from customer support this morning.
"Sorry for the trouble. The forum links belong to the Superior 2.0 and EZdrummer registered users section so that is likely why you cannot access those forums (we only see Reggae Midi registered)."
I'm disappointed that I purchased and registered my Toontrack product, yet have been given only limited access to the forums. Image may be NSFW.

Seems to me that would cut down on the number of issues that customer support would have to deal with, but then again, maybe the support team needs to justify their jobs... Image may be NSFW.

Tech advisor John has been great in responding in a timely matter---maybe he has some influence going forward with this issue
