phil_42 on Superior drummer grooves

I've bought and downloaded superior drummer 2.0
I have installed it and downloaded all updates.
When I installed it said I would have to download the grooves separately.
I cannot see them or find anything that shows me where they are.
Can anyone tell me where I find them, what the file name is and how to get them into SD2.0
It's driving me nuts.
