Hi, the same thing happened to me.
I have downloaded the installer but i cannot input my password because I forgot it, or wrote down an error. I submitted an email address, and i received a "reset password" link. It took me to the website login password editor, but in order to reset my password I need to use my forgotten password. Please advise.
