I have 30 registered products with you all and have not had an issue until installing the Crossover version of superior drummer 2 (64 bit) with the Prod Man (of course). The issue is that in the Prod Man, it always shows Sup2 as downloaded but never installed or authorized, even though I can open it and use it as a plugin in Mixcraft. This is when logged in to my laptop as a standard user (not admin) which is how I always use it. It also doesn't show up in the Control Panel as a program I can uninstall. However if I log in as an admin, the Prod Man shows it as installed and authorized and I can see the program in the list of programs I can uninstall in the Control Panel. I use all my products logged in as a standard user, even though I install many logged in as an admin. I did try uninstalling on the admin side of my laptop and reinstalling Sup2 but I get the same result. I can just ignore this and use it since it seems to work, but I don't like it that something isn't right for this one program. Any experience with this issue? Thanks a lot!
