John on 'Invalid computer id : contact support & 'you need to upgrade sofware before installing'

Hi,

you only have the Latin Percussion EZX registered to your account but this product requires EZdrummer 2.
I.e. you cannot install this EZX without having EZdrummer 2 installed.
