Why couldn't it be handled the way Jamstix does it where you have to manually set the time sig change in both the host and plugin.

I just bought EZ Drummer2 after I checked the Demo. Great product!
I found something I still struggle with....a little bit. I always have to make sure which song I´m in right in that moment.
It´s the project save function. This is a bit unconfortable and irritating.
In any program or OS when I´m going to save something I can choose to "save as...." or just "save". The difference between those functions is common.
In EZ Drummer2 I always have to name it again and again. Also when I want to save a already saved project I have to give it a name.
A risky thing if I have already 3 or 4 other finished songs in that folder. Once klicked the wrong one you overwrite it. The name of the opened song/project is not given in the field for the filename.
Is there an update in progress?

I was thinking of a nice pack that could be a new "EZmix pack." But I accidentally typed "exmix" in the topic name.
"Pedals, Filters, and Effects" or something like that. Name doesn't matter to me as much as what should come in it.
Where we can have various filters to choose from that could cover a wide variety of material.
Where we can have stuff like actual wah pedals (not auto-wah) that are fully automatable inside our DAWs!
Where we can have stuff like "Throw delays" or "Throw Reverb."
A good Vocoder would be nice as well.
A double tracker effect.
(I realize one or two of these may already exists in some fashion in Ezmix, but more couldn't hurt)

Are you working with the stand alone version and using the
load and save projects entries in the menu on the right hand side
of the plug?
In that case you should start using the 'Save' and 'Save As'
in the File menu of the hosting mini-app. That would be
up in the left corner somewhere.

I am using the key/strings add on pack with grand piano easy keys software and can only get piano sounds from the strings.

did you actually change the library to something else than the Grand Piano, i.e. do you see the Mellotron (I presume) interface instead of the piano?
Or are you just feeding the Key/Strings MIDI to the piano? If the latter, it is expected behavior, MIDI is only MIDI not sounds.
Can the main SD be installed on an external or must it be on the Mac itself? I only have a 250g Mac Pro, and I'm quickly running out of space.

Are you talking about the S2 plugin? If so, it should be installed with your other plugins so your DAW can locate and load it.
It WIll be Great if Superior Drummer could have more "Presets" Like Addictive Drums 2 has.. AD 2 has very very Good presets
and of course more Effects ¡¡¡¡ Delays.. Distortions.. Better Eq.. Limiter.. Reverbs.. and more ¡ it has very few effects, only the Basics ...
we are in 2015 guys ¡ and a way to change the snares.or kicks or Hi Hats etc.... without having to make a X-Drum Then chose a Library.. Then chose.. snare,, then ..choose the snare sound.. oh man.. so many clicks.. just something like.. AD 2.. roll between snare and that all ¡¡ SIMPLE.
Presets that can mix any Library .. no matter which ones you have or not.. yeah.. a better workflow
SD 2.. it is very out dated compare to
the workflow of effects of AD 2 and BFD3 even BFD2.

You should receive serial numbers from the dealer you purchased from. With the Superior Drummer products you should also receive the DVDS from them also. You will then need to register them to your Toontrack account.

You only have 1 inactive authorization. Please contact us again when you've reached your limit of 4.
I changed my OS from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. No hardware changes, same CPU, Same Motherboard, same everything. I had to re-authorize everything except Superior Drummer. Curious why an OS change/upgrade would trigger re-authorization. I am using Toontrack software on a single computer only
Please reset everything back to one authorization.
