If you are authorizing a second computer, you can't use the same authorization that you used on the first. You need to create a new authorization.

Hi im trying to install ez drummer lite ( PC windows 7 64 bit - Nuendo 4) but when i run the 64 bit installer an error message comes up (attached) why is that, i try to copy all the extracted files to the same destination as the plug in and nothing... BTW i got my ez drummer lite from my korg nanokontrol 2Image may be NSFW.

Thanks!! problem solved!! now i cant seem to find the plug in in my daw Nuendo 4!! the dll file is in program files/vst plug ins as all of my other plug ins but i cant find it helpp pleasee

Ok. Well, are you using 32-bit or 64-bit version of Nuendo? Program Files/VST Plugins is a 64-bit install path. Did you install the 32-bit or 64-bit version of EZD Lite?

I can't tell you why Windows shuffled the order of your hardware around when you upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Sometime things happen that are out of Toontrack's control in regards to system updates.
I will remove your inactive authorizations. When I authorize a new system I make sure I create a Computer Description that indicates a date or, at least, clearly shows the OS. For example, my studio computer is named '64-bit Win7 Studio Computer'.

Thank you. Normally I do keep the information. I don't know why I didn't this time, I guess because I didn't change anything and expected the computer ID to not change and let my frustration overcome my reasoning. Hopefully this will be a good tip for other users.

The different computer IDs have been forwarded to Toontrack programmers and they can hopefully figure out why an authorization retrigger occured.

Hi! im still trying to run ez drummer lite, but nothing.. i cant find it in Nuendo 4 , i route the folders correctly and the .dll file is in the right folder ( Program files/vst plugins) it seems everything is OK but i cant find it even if i press the refresh button on the plug ins list on nuendo , Hope you can help mee!! greetings from Cochabamba Bolivia

I don't really have any further suggestions. Have you tried installing the EZdrummer2 demo? Ezdrummer 1 and the Ezdrummer Lite has been discontinued for over a year and a half and Toontrack doesn't offer support for it anymore.
Please try the EZD2 demo.

I get the same issue
I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and the Toontrack authorisation system now won't recognise my current Computer ID so although I can use EZ Drummer 1 locally I cannot use anything else.
The error message is
Invalid computer ID. Contact support for help.
And the computer ID was fine yesterday.

Hello, I am need of a new serial for SD2.0 because someone else registered mine. I opened a ticket with support, who told me to have my retailer (guitar center) issue me a new serial, but I went over there and all they could do for me was give me a copy of my receipt. I can send a picture of that with the cd sleeve with my original serial to whoever I need to. What do I need to do in order to be able to get a new serial number so I can register my software?

Hello,
While on this topic, I would also like to have the ability to stretch / compress midi flies not only by double and half-time, but also by 33%, 66%, 75%, 133% and 150%.
This may sound silly, but I find this feature ( already implemented in a concurrent drum instrument) most useful for turning straight beats into triplets or vice-versa. Or simply for 'happy accident'.
In my view this greatly enhance the value of any midi library.
