Hi
Sorry if this topic has already been covered...
I recently purchased the NI Komplete Kontrol keyboard and love this keyboards ability to interact with 3rd party software developers..
My question is will TOONTRACK be working on interfacing with this awesome controller?
Thank you

Spikerama on Here's what I'd like my EZD2 to do...

When I build a song, I would like to be able to do this...

After doing a search and finding all relevant beats for chorus, verses, etc......

1. Make a two measure count-off click (which I am able to do)
2. Then, add a sufficient length of one basic drumbeat (which I am able to do)
3. Next, record a basic music track with the basic drumbeat (which I am able to do)
4. Then, remove the basic drumbeat and keep the count-off clicks and music track (which I am able to do)

HERE'S THE NEW PART.

5. Now, I would play back the track. After the two measures of count-off clicks, I would type the letter "i" for intro and it will start inserting an intro beat while the song plays. When the song reaches the chorus, I would type a "c" for chorus. etc. etc. until song ends.
6. I would check an option that asks if I would like a fill-in in front of every chorus.

Maybe EZD2 has this capability and I don't know it?

Thanks for listening.

Peter on New feature for EZD2?

$

Hi
Will it be posible to create your own midi-loops with help of your laptops keys in the future? It would be a great new feature for the next EZDrummer2 Update. It would be a great thing for us not owning a midiboard or those on the road. If you would add this feature, I would recommend that there would be two letter-keys for every drum. One key for a hard hit and a different key for a soft hit.
I hope you will consider my proposal.

Best regards
Peter

Some DAW:s already have this feature. I know that Logic do, and perhaps also Cubase. Right now there's no such feature in EZdrummer itself, but we will take it into consideration. Thanks!

Check out the Basic Rock 1 & 2 MIDI Packs, that could be something. I recorded them myself and quite a lot of the performances are based on Seattle based bands (I'm a big fan of this kind of music myself). If you have EZdrummer 2, you can use the "Show Webshop MIDI" feature to preview packs you don't own.

What about getting Mike Manginis drums sampled. Or Mike Portnoys from when he played in Dream Theater? There is a lott of percussion i miss in the metal kits. Samples of all the drums and symbols.

You could also make just a percussion ad to the metal kits. So you could have your favorite kit but adding another EZdrummer 2 track with this percussion.

vertibration on "EZamp" new plug in idea

I love EZMix2. However, I am sure you guys have been getting a lot of requests to be able to edit amp parameters for guitars. So I wanted to suggest a plug in called EZamp.

In EZamp you could....

Edit parameters like a real amp
mix and match toontrack cabinet's and user IR's
You could use the EZMix2 effects
Then you can upload your presets into EZmix2, and choose two parameters for EZmix2 to tweek

I hope this idea gets some traction

Hi, I'm having the same problem (kind of)
I ordered EZ Mix 2 from the Black Friday sale and only received an Email from PayPal confirming, that i've sent the money.
No email from Toontrack whatsoever.. :(
I bought it BEFORE creating my account though, I should still get an Email with my Serial, right?

Thanks in advance, I'm pumped for the product.

No.

'Purchases of EZkeys Retro Electrics will not include the ”free Sound Expansion” promo also available right now. Promotion void where prohibited.'

Thoma Caron on Content of midi packs

Hi guys,

this is my first post on this forum and I wish it's in the right section. A while ago, I bought Ezdrummer 2 with a couple libraries. Now I'm going throught the midi pack sections of the toontrack website and I've found some of them pretty interesting. I was wondering, are theses groove already in the libraries I've bought or are they new grooves I can add to these libraries?

Thanks in advance

Unless otherwise stated, all MIDI files are unique in each MIDI pack.

For example, if you go to the Americana MIDI pack page, it will state, 'Please note that this is the same MIDI as included in the Americana EZX.'
