Can you be more specific? I see that you ordered 3 EZXs and that your order was completed and that an email invoice was sent with your 3 product serial numbers. Are you saying that you've checked your email (and spam email folders) and you didn't get an order confirmation email?

Hi Scott, I had not clicked that window and I still needed to activate my pack. Now since I bought the EZ2 upgrade, I thought I was supposed to choose a free pack but was given Pop/Rock pack by default. How do I undo that and choose another pack?

The free EZX offer is for when you purchase the Regular version of EZD2 and not the Upgrade version. The Pop/Rock EZX is the original kit from EZD1. It is automatically wired to any qualified account when the EZD2 Upgrade is purchased. See the FAQ below regarding the Pop/Rock EZX.

Hi there. I purchased EZ Drummer last week and had no probs. But 20mins ago I ordered and paid via Paypal for two of the Black Friday specials, but nothing is showing in my account. When I logged in the cart was still showing the order, and that's weird. I would be mega grateful if someone could check this for me. Many thanks.

I have just seen the serial numbers in my electronic receipt via email. Have now registered the products and downloading as I write this.
Absolutely love the EZ Drummer base program, and I'm sure I will love these new extensions too, but it would be better to have more details about the process of copying the serial numbers, then register/download and install. That info needs to be seen on the product page or in the confirmation email.
Not that difficult, but a little confusing for people starting out. Many thanks all the same.

Cplach on Black Friday purchase - but nothing on my account to download
I'm trying to order ezmix 2 but after trying to submit my order, I get the following error:
"Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction.
Please attempt your purchase again or go to your account page."
I've done both with no success. does that mean that they stopped the sale?

Just a bit confusing when you have to dig around for the correct steps required.

Yes, I ran the installer, no errors and when the installer was finished the final message said it had installed successfully and the Toontrack folder was placed in the applications folder, however, It isn't there. I've done searches on my system and when I do locate a Toontracks folder, its in a shared file but there is no EZ Drummer application in the folder. I am on a Macbook Pro running OS X Yosemite.

soundg_1 on everything but midi control from my keyboard
Just purchased and successfully loaded EZ Keys Grand and Vintage upright. I put it on a second computer with my Kontakt and Ez Drummer (Computer 2). My main Sequencing program is on another Computer(call it Computer1 running Sequencer Cubase). I send midi out via Edirol midi ports from Computer 1 to Computer 2 ...been doing it forever...Kontakt receives midi from a designated Cubase trk on Comp 1 no problem..Ez Drummer and EzKeys don't receive midi at all !!!!....parameters for midi are identical for all three programs. So why does Kontakt have no problem in Standalone mode...but the two Ez programs do?. Both Ez Drummer and Keys will play on their own(can load the prefabbed midi files and get audio playback so I know Ez is functional), but I cannot utilize the record function on either because they don't see the midi from the source. Very strange, I've set up all three programs according to manuals, running Komplete Audio 6 box in ASIO mode (USB Audio/Midi interface for Computer 2), for all, same midi receive channel, port, , parameters, etc...yet EZ products don't receive midi input. Help beyond the manual? ...where have I gone wrong? By the way...I don't think the Ez products will ever tempo lock (if I ever get problem 1 solved) Just wondering, because Kontakt does synchronize to my Cubase in this set up. But right now...i just want to be able to play EZ drums and piano from my Cubase channels. Thanks for any suggestions that might alleviate my problem. Going back to the Internet to seek solution, if there is one.
