It's probably not so much about adding the positional sensing feature to the Toms and Rides - the Libraries released up to now are not recorded that way but instead use the separate notes sent as standard.
The Snare has Center and Edge recorded for all libraries, since positional sensing on the Snare has been standard for a long time.

I just want to add that I hope you didn't move or copy the .dll file post install because that is not supported.
You either Custom install or point your host to the location of the .dll file.

Yes sure, I am aware that a new library would be needed. Maybe a derivate of the new EZD2 library, or even better a new SD3 ;-).
It is difficult to get detailed information on the existing libraries - I recently bought the C&V SDX and then realized, that there is no positional sensing for snare! Very disappointed. Also mute tail articulations are missing, like in most SDX libraries. These small features make a difference to me, as I am an e-drummer.
So why not clean up SD and release new libraries loaded with all and new features to support the possibilities of v-drums midi? I know I am asking much, but this would be absolutely great and outstanding!
Regarding positional sensing on snare: I would like 3 zones at least, instead of center and edge only.

I've had exactly the same problem - with Visa and Mastercard. I am in the UK and I called my banks and there are no issues with the cards. They are both full VISA / Mastercard cards. I even tried with my full EURO Visa Card as I have a EURO bank account too for my business. Even that didn't work.
I have an answer for you all though. I found that you can buy these via a well renowned UK sample library shop called Time & Space - http://www.timespace.com. You can buy them there on any card, in any currency and via Paypal - plus they email you a link after purchase.
Plus - get this: even taking off the VAT (I am VAT registered), the cost on Time & Space was GBP £159. I had tried to pay direct on the toontracks shop which after VAT was EURO 273, which is about GBP £210 right now. So I saved myself £50. It will still be the same saving even with the VAT added on.
I think Toontracks need to look at this, because timeandspace obviously have to take their cut, so Toontracks will end up with (perhaps) £100 - £120 from this sale, whereas if they had their shop sorted they would have got the full £210 from me.

I'm re-installing my EZdrummer 1 software on to a different computer with Windows 7 64 bit. It's asking for an authorization code to complete the installation into my Cubase 6 LE. Its giving me a new computer ID # AASED-URXIY-C6G. In "My Account" on your website it lists two older computer ID's. I need to have my account updated and a new authorization code. Can you please help me?

I ran into the same thing today. I had to call my bank. They had me run the transaction four times. The fourth time they did something on their side which triggered a Verified By Visa dialog box. It seems to be related to Visa or the verification process. Its messed up in someway. Try calling your bank. They said something like its an unrecognized Merchant.

To improve the handy of Tap2Find:
In the old BOSS DR-5 (http://www.bossus.com/products/dr-5/), there was a function to remove "on the fly" any hit on the Record Mode. This was consist on it:
-Run the pattern in RECORD mode. DR-5 was playing it in loop and record all shots under the time position where user has hit him like in actual Tap2Find, but without Quantize options.
-If any hit was not on the right time, user just have to let the pattern looping in record mode, and then, on the next loop, he has to re-hit the same, BUT, with holding down "Shift" button.
While using EZD2 in standalone mode, this feature could turn user programming really fast and easy.
This feature also could be nice in the recording mode on the timeline.

Hello, I have a similiar machine (mid 2015 iMac 27 5k, 3.3
I installed ezdrummer 2 and it worked for a hot minute, but then as I was installing the expansions, one of them gave me a warning that it could not install because my ezdrummer was missing files and to reinstall the aEZD2 application.
So i uninstalled EZD2 using the uninstaller, and then attempted to reinstall it, but now the installation runs and completes and says that it has added a Toontrack folder to my applications, but there in no Toontrack sub folder in applications and no EZD icon to launch the program?
How can I fix this?

there is of course not one single way to do this but anything that can trigger a note can be used to trigger a drum/articulation in Superior 2. You just 'Learn' the trigger note.

Scooter D on EZ Drummer - Song Emulator idea
I love EZ Drummer and I have a request to make arranging songs easier. (I know I am maybe getting into copyright details with this request but I'll ask anyway). Often I like to either re-do existing songs or have basic song structures to play to from already existing songs. I would love to see a feature in EZ Drummer that can analyze a song, search your existing midi groove library and build the closest representation to that song that it can, automatically. Even if it's not exact it may get close enough to save hours worth of searching and editing. And, if it doesn't have the right groove in the existing library it can suggest the right expansion pack that can deliver the results (brining in more sales for Toontrack!) It could capture the bpm of the song, pick out the different parts, arrange them and then give a % of close-ness to what it delivered. I understand that there are some bands out there that this may be relatively impossible for but for the more mainstream type of song structures it may be real easy to make this happen. Often times I play with a group where the drummer can't make it to rehearsal or even the gig (go figure) but this can be the back up drummer in those situations but the hours of programming the cover songs we play would be too much to do. Maybe a feature or program such as this can make this process much easier.

Boy, I have to chime in and say that, whatever the obstacles with host diffictulties, this should really be THE priority issue to find a solution for. I have EZDrum, Mix & now Keys, and with everything designed for maximum efficiency, this stands out like a sore thumb - wait, make that sore wrist with horrendous carpal tunnel. With all the auditioning and such, my gosh, the repetitive stress factor is through the roof, not to mention time sucking, momentum killing speed bumpiness. And just plain emotionally soul draining tedium.
One keyboard function that is desperately needed is some form of Up / Down function to go through midi file options, with space bar play control (it seems in EZD2 spacebar can stop a midi audion, but only hitting it twice thus starting Logic play in main window, and stopping both - but it won't start audition play; it seems messy and underdeveloped to me (especially compared to the general awesomeness of EZ in most ways.) Also undo and edit tool toggle key commands would be priceless. Just a few commands for the heavy lifting functions, please.
If it were feasible, what about an iOS app controller? Maybe something like the Logic X iPad Controller's 1 Press shortcut function. Probably more issues than just keys alone, but gee willeckers, there's got to be a solution, the usability improvement would be HUGE. Fervently and passionately submitted #1 request, with no other desired feature coming even remotely close. From a loyal user.

Hello,
I have a new secondary computer replacing another, that I need to use my Toontrack products with. I need to be able to use Superior Drummer 2.0, The Metal Foundry, and EZMix2 with Metal Guitar Gods and Metal Amps. I removed the authorizations for the old PC but I have apparently used my 4 originals... Likely due to installing a Solid State Drive in my main computer. Can these please be reset?
